Let's be honest: Carb-y Barbie is in all of us. She comes out at midnight, at girls night out, when those ice-cream cravings hit...etc. 

According to Mind Body Green, "There are a lot of reasons why cellulite is said to appear on your body including hormonal reasons, poor diet and lifestyle choices, age and genetic predisposition." 

Here are our 5 tips for solving the issue of cellulite. 

1. Chromium 

Chromium is a natural element that you can consume to help reduce cellulite. It works to promote weight loss, as it helps control your blood sugar and helps to curb cravings. Say buh-bye to those late night cravings! 

2. Hydrate

Drinking water seems too simple, but it's so important. Proper hydration is like showering our bodies from the inside out. Toxins naturally build up, causing us to retain cellulite. Having extra fat on the body stores more toxins so that the precious vital organs and body functions are compromised by exposure to those extra toxins. The dimples and pockets of your cellulite are also storing toxins.

3. Alpha Lipoic Acid

You can take ALA as a supplement to help reduce cellulite. ALA is a potent antioxidant that defends the body against free radicals. Free radicals are toxic to the body, as they add to the build up of toxins. ALA helps control your blood sugar by diminishing free radicals. 

4. Bentonite

Take the seed from an avocado and blend it in a food processor with some oil (make sure the seed is chopped into small pieces before putting into food processor). I’ve been using 1cup of coffee, 1cup of white sugar, 1 cup of coconut oil. I blend it in a blender and rub on my legs before I shower 2 times a day. It’s for cellulite reduction! I will decently try the avocado seed with oil! Thanks for the tips

Once I went vegan my cellulite is almost gone and my skin is soft and firm.
