No Flab For Fall... (Do this NOW).

Ok, so Summer is over. BUT that does not mean you can let yourself go. Choose to prioritize your health and rock those skinny jeans, baggy sweaters and stunning boots! Here are our 5 tips for a flab-LESS Fall.

1. You're sweet enough already

Added sugars are one EASY fix to make sure you're not ruining your toned physique. Soda, candy, ice cream, and any other product with added sugars are no good. Your body will store these foods as extra fat and will make you feel sluggish. The Harvard School of Public Health states,

"There’s no nutritional need or benefit that comes from eating added sugar. A good rule of thumb is to avoid products that have a lot of added sugar, including skipping foods that list “sugar” as the first or second ingredient. However, the growing use of alternative sweeteners can make it difficult to determine which ingredients count as sugar, because there are multiple sources of sugar with different names."

Ditch the sugar babe, your body will thank you.

2. Take advantage of the weather

Now that it is cooling down, take advantage of the nice weather by taking your sweat sessions outside (don't forget your Ultimate Beauty Body Formula first!). Hike, bike, run, walk, you do you....just do it! If you enjoy what you're doing, getting it done won't be as dreadful!

3. Skip the elevator

Stairs or elevator? This is a question you probably have to answer on a daily basis. Throughout your day-to-day, always choose the stairs! Your heart and butt will thank you.

4. Set new goals

A new season means bigger and better goals. Create a vision board of all the things you want to get done before the new year! Make one of these goals health-related to help keep you on track.

5. Try something new

If you feel like you've been stagnant in your progress, whether that be for your work life, health, love life, etc., try something new! Identify an area for improvement and then take little steps to achieving a bigger goal. Forbes states:

"The study showed that people who merely thought about their goals and how to reach them succeeded less than 50% of the time, while people who wrote goals down, and enlisted friends to help them by sending regular progress reports succeeded closer to 75% of the time."

Ditch the flab, and follow our tips for a tighter, more toned bod! We got you, babe.
