2017 is coming and you better be ready! Here are our 5 tips and trips for becoming the best (leanest and meanest you) in 2017. 

1. Wellness Trends

Embrace some new wellness trends that will benefit you from head to toe. From turmeric lattes, and personalized nutrition to meditation and wellness groups, embrace these health-minded trends. Grab your girlfriends and try a new one each month (our favorite is BikiniBOD)!

2. Heal

Don't go into the new year with added baggage. Whatever is weighing you down, shed these things for a happier and healthier you. Have hard conversations, forgive, move on, and shine.

3. Embrace Minimalism 

Go through your possessions and your life and only keep what you need. By holding on to things we don't use or need, we hold ourselves down. Go through those clothes, shoes, handbags, etc and weed them out.

4. Invest In Yourself 

Make 2017 a year of growth for you. Evaluate where you need to go and grow and do it. Learn new skills, read, converse and learn as much as you can. It's worth the investment. 

5. Boy, BYE

We've said it before and we'll say it again: Boy, BYE is our 2017 motto. If you're single, stop dwelling on boys....Boy, BYE. If you've got a guy, prioritize him in a healthy way while fostering other relationships as well as the relationship with yourself...Boy, BYE.
