Spring is coming, which means floral dresses, shorts, and tanks. So it's time to shed those Winter pounds with these 3, quick hacks. 

1. Change Your Attitude

We get it, cheat meals are fun! But it's important to tighten up that diet to tighten up that bod. Plan for one day a week to have your 'cheat meals' if you're the type of person who doesn't do moderation well. If you can have just 1 cookie, go for it- more power to you. 2. Eat With The Seasons 

The quality of what we're eating is very important. Eat fresh, whole foods, rather than processed wanna-be foods. If you have time to cook, do it! If you have a hectic schedule, meal-prep on Sunday nights for the week ahead. Opt for seasonal Spring foods, which include: asparagus, avocados, carrots, walnuts, blueberries, and artichokes. Check out your local farmer's market or choose a grocery store that stocks its shelves with fresh, seasonal produce. This will ensure that you are eating healthy, whole foods that won't leave you feeling hungry or reaching for that candy bar later on. 

3. Take Advantage of the Weather
