Here's To Strong Women! (And How To Become One)

Happy Mother's Day to all our strong mamas out there!

Here are 10 traits of a strong woman and how to implement them:

1. Continuous growth-

Strong women continue to grow and change. Personal growth is incredibly important for success and happiness.

2. Say no-

Know your limits and how to be the best version of yourself by pushing yourself towards growth while not overwhelming yourself.

3. Dress to kill-

When you look good, you feel good. Break out those heels, grab that extra accessory, or slip on those perfect jeans. Put in the effort!

4. Ask for help-

Behind every strong woman is a team of other strong women. Surround yourself with likeminded, motivated women.

5. Eat right-

If you don't have a healthy body, you can't succeed. Health is everything. Download our May nutrition plan here!

6. Communicate-

Strong women communicate with those around them. Not all conversations are easy to have, but they are worth it!

7. Know your worth-

Work on self-confidence so that you have zero doubts that you are worthy of respect, love, success, etc. This is especially crucial when picking a significant other.

8. Celebrate uniqueness-

Strong women are not replicas. Celebrate and own what makes you, you. Strong women are definitely the leaders, not the followers.

9. Fail-

Do not be afraid to fail, it is all part of the process. Failure means that you are trying, learning and growing. If you never fail, you'll never learn.

10. Be selfish-

Strong women put themselves first so that they can happily help others. Start working on your perfect BOD today with BikiniBOD.
