Imagine the life you want to be living and what a day living out that lifestyle would look like for you. Then, document this lifestyle in some physical way. For example, create a vision board with pictures of what your dream life consists of, create a Pinterest board with your favorite photos, or simply jot it down on your phone. Having it in a physical form is very beneficial for helping to turn it into a reality.
2. Recognize the barriers
What is stopping you from living your dream life now? Is it finances, lack of resources, fear? Whatever it is- identify what is holding you back so you can set specific goals to knock down these barriers!
3. Baby steps, babe
Once you've identified your dream life and your barriers, start taking baby steps towards progressing in the right direction. Learn a new habit or skill, change your work routine, start managing your money, etc. Over time these little feats will add up and carry you in the right direction.
4. Be confident

Summer is here in FULL FORCE. Beach waves are a great look (sexy and effortlessly chic) if they're done right. Here are three tips to achieving the perfect, wavy style with minimal effort.
1. Product is key
If you can't reap the benefits of the actual ocean salt, find a product that helps mimic it. There are tons of products out there that help to volume-ize your hair and give it that added texture. We love Bumble and Bumble's "Surf Infusion", Kevin Murphy's "Beach Texturizer", and good old fashion coconut oil. Simply add about a quarter-sized amount to your hair and massage generously.
2. Invest in a good curling iron
Whether your hair is naturally straight, wavy, curly, or somewhere in the middle- you will likely need the help of a curling iron to achieve those perfect beach waves. If you have shorter hair, you will need a smaller rod, and if you have longer hair, you will need a larger rod for more voluminous curls. Beach waves are perfectly imperfect, so don't stress too much about placing your hair on the rod. Simply wrap it around, and make sure the waves curl away from your face.
3. Be Strategic
In order to help make these beach waves look more natural and flattering- make the waves bigger towards the back of your head and smaller towards the front of your face. This technique works well if you are looking for a more stylized version of beach waves. Just because the 4th has come and gone doesn't mean Summer is over! Do you still have those stubborn few pounds to shed that are holding you back? Here's 5 tips for losing that last bit of flab to help you be even more fab!
1. Make your favorite treats healthy!
One of the main things preventing you from reaching your goals during the holiday is probably all the decadent treats scattered around the house! I mean come on- who can resist Grandma's double chocolate cherry brownies?! But make a new tradition by recreating these recipes in a healthier way. There are always easy ways to revamp old recipes, for example, you could sub apple sauce for butter, or almond flour for regular flour.
2. Get Moving
We've said it before and we'll say it again: exercise is essential for helping you achieve your weight loss goals. Make this a family event and go for a run in the local park, or park farther away from the shops at the mall so you're forced to walk, or put on an exercise video that you can do in the comfort of your home. 3. Don't do it alone
If you have someone in your family with likeminded goals, you can partner up and conquer the holiday together! 4. Realize that you are in control
If you set a goal, it is up to you to achieve it. You are in control of how you choose to treat your body and what you put inside of it. When you start to feel overwhelmed, take a step back, take a deep breath and go for a walk outside to clear your head.

3. Revamp your house
